Junk Removal FAQs
Straight answers about pricing, scheduling, what we take and where we work.
Pricing
How much does junk removal cost?
$99 for half a cubic yard, $125 for one cubic yard and $50 for each additional cubic yard. We confirm the exact price on-site before any work begins.
Is the on-site estimate really free?
Yes. We come to your home or business, look at the items and give you a price. If you decide not to book, you owe nothing.
What is a cubic yard?
A space 3 feet wide, 3 feet deep and 3 feet tall, about the size of a washing machine.
Are there extra fees?
Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, rock and roofing are priced by weight. Refrigerators, freezers and AC units (which contain Freon), washers, dryers and TVs carry an additional disposal surcharge. We tell you everything during the estimate.
How can I save money?
Move your items outside before we arrive and you get 20% off.
Scheduling
What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Closed Sunday.
Can you haul it away the same day as the estimate?
Yes. Once you approve the price, we load and haul everything away during the same visit.
Do I need to be home?
Not if your items are outside. For curbside pickups, we look at your items, call you with the exact price and, once you approve, haul everything away. We then text or email you a secure link so you can pay online. If your items are inside, someone needs to be home to let us in.
Why don't you quote from photos?
Photos can't show weight, stairs, tight hallways or items hidden behind others, so photo quotes often change on pickup day. Seeing the job in person lets us give you one final price. You're welcome to send photos so we arrive prepared.
What we take
What items can't you take?
We can't take hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos or medical waste. See the full list.
Do I need to move items outside first?
No. We remove items from anywhere on your property. But if you move your items outside before we arrive, you get 20% off.
Do you donate or recycle?
Yes. Usable items go to donation when local charities accept them, and metal and other recyclables are recycled whenever possible.
Do you take construction debris?
Yes. Light debris is priced by the cubic yard; heavy materials are priced by weight on-site.
